Refund & Exchange
- In addition to the rights granted by relevant State and Federal Laws, in particular, The Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trading Legislation, Naturally Timber offers a 7 day change of mind policy on all full price “homeware” items, excluding special orders and furniture. Homewares must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in the original packaging, accompanied by the sales docket in exchange for another product or a credit note issued for 3 months from date of purchased (upon approval by management).
- NO RETURN OR REFUND ON CLEARANCE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
